Detroit Opera House
2020 + ongoing

Owner representative services for the addition of a seven story elevator tower, toilet room renovations, and complete mechanical upgrades. Includes RFP and management of design services, construction management, moving services, furniture, IT, and security services.

Grosse Pointe Public Library
2019 + ongoing

Owner representation services for renovations and additions at three library branches in the City of Grosse Pointe. Includes RFP and anagement of design services, construction management, moving services, furniture, IT, and security services.

Momento Gelato
2021 – 2022

Building addition and tenant build-out services for a new gelato shop in Detroit’s Corktown. Included concrete, framing, roofing, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, tile, patio pavers, waterproofing, doors and frames, and custom millwork and carpentry, among other construction management services.

F45 Training
2021 – 2022

Tenant build out services for a new training facility located in Farmington Hills, Michigan. This project included the addition of new partitions along with toilet and shower facilities, MEP improvements, and finishes.

First Street Garage
2019 – 2020

Owner representation and consulting services for multi-million dollar improvements to structural systems, painting, electrical, security, IT, and more.

Buhl Garage
2018 – 2019

Multi-million dollar renovation of an existing ten level parking garage including structural repairs, elevator modernization, and miscellaneous trade work. Included interior and exterior painting, associated road closures, new electrical service, switch gear and lighting, doors, signage, plumbing, roofing, flooring, glazing, abatement, and steel stairs among other improvements.

Kercheval 8
2019 – 2020

$2 Million gut renovation of townhouse with eight condo units. Included selective demolition, abatement, and all MEP and finish trades.

7434 McNichols
2021 + ongoing

Rehabilitation of an existing building to provide a new core and shell. The work includes replacement of major structural systems, roofing, HVAC, toilet rooms, facades, and more.

Rooftop Terrace
2021 + ongoing

Construction management services and management of design services for the renovation of a roof terrace and interior spaces. Renovations include interior kitchen, plumbing, and electrical improvements.

Construction Management

Direct mangement of the construction work and contractors for projects including interior and exterior renovations, system upgrades, and structural improvements to historic and new structures.

Owner Representation

Implementation of the construction project that involves a third party construction management firm, assisting in every step of the way from budget creation to completion of the final punch list items.


Provided on a project or issue basis, consulting projects include the preparation work before the project begins – budget creation, cost estimates, feasability studies, scheduling, permitting, and more.
